Our Booking Process

We at View Peru are the Peru specialist of the View Peru & Signatures website family and dedicated to providing you with a personalized vacation based on the personal preferences and requirements of our clients. In order to do so we use the following booking process;

View Peru is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality customer service from the start of your interest of travelling to South America to when you arrive back home awe-struck by your amazing vacation. To ensure we create the dream tour for you, we use the following process for booking:

  1. Contact us:

When your interest in travelling with us starts or you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Send us an e-mail (info@viewperutours.com) and you will get a response within 24 hours, be sure to check your Spam or Junk Mail boxes as well just in case. In addition, you can reach us at our toll-free line Monday – Friday (9am-6pm EST) and Saturday (9am-1pm EST).

  1. Travel Consultant:

Upon receiving your inquiry for travel, one of our expert travel consultants will contact you in response to any questions you might have had. Our staff member will suggest itineraries relevant to your interests and share further information with you.

  1. Fully Customizable Travel Packages

All of our itineraries are completely customizable to your budget, time schedule, or personal interests – they are simply there to give you ideas. You will choose one that is similar to what you would like to do, or draw in elements from multiple itineraries. Your travel consultant will work with you to make sure every detail is right, including transfers, hotels, tours, meals etc.

  1. Finding the right package and beginning booking

Once you and your consultant have worked out the perfect travel package for you, you will move on to the booking process. In order for us to begin and make your reservations we need:

Complete passport information for all clients (a scanned color copy is preferred);

Your international flight details;

The deposit payment.

You will be sent all of the documents needed to fulfill this information, as well as the different payment options and instructions.

  1. Bookings and reservations;

After we have received all of the information needed, we will send you a proof of payment and begin the process of making all of your reservations and bookings. Within about a week, these will all be confirmed and we will send you a copy of your final, official itinerary.

  1. Final payment;

Your final payment is due 60 days prior to your departure date. Once this is received, you will get a proof of payment document. If your booking is within 60 days, your travel consultant will create a feasible payment plan relevant to the time.

  1. Final documents;

Around two weeks before your departure date, we will send you your final travel package document. This will include all details for your travel package, including flight bookings, hotel details, pick-up times, overviews of places you will visit and activities you will experience.

  1. After travel document;

After you have returned, satisfied from your amazing travel experience, we will send you a feedback form where you will be asked a few questions. This is completely voluntary and we do this to keep improving our services and operations.
